This is a piece that could really benefit from some good lighting! Overall, I am very pleased with how it turned out photographing. There is another painting that goes along with this; made in the same vein of mixed media/oil that has not been photographed yet... but will be up soon to follow this.
I like this one...it reminds of Egyptian papyrus, assuming I'm recalling correctly what that looks like
